Custom Embroidery
Interested in having our blank products custom embroidered with your own logo?
You have 3 options:
Option 1. You purchase the blank prodcut from us and We will gladly ship direct to your embroiderer.
Option 2. We can have it done for you. We subcontract the embroidery to a company that provides excellent quality.
Option 3. Custom Build Program - If you order at least 144 units, we can custom manufacture your hats to your specification and include the embroidery at a discounted price. (Contact us for more information)
If you choose option 2 or 3 and would like to have us do the embroidery for you. This is what we will need.
- A logo with the correct colors (Click Here For PMS Color Chart) and desired dimensions submitted in both .JPEG and .DST format. The .DST format is a digitized format which the embroiderer will need to do the work. This is standard for all embroiderers. If you have had work done elsewhere, the embroiderer who performed the work should be able to provide you with the file. Be persistant when you ask, it is your logo and you own it. If they don't provide you with it, you may want to reconsider who you work with.
- Be sure to use the PMS Color Chart to identify all of the colors in your logo.
- If you do not have a .DST or digitized logo, we can have this done for you. The one time digitizing fee typically will run anywhere between $50-$100 depending on the number of stitches and complexity of the logo. With a minimum order of 72 units, the digitizing fee is typically waived.
Below is a chart with pricing for embroidery. It has been our experience that the typical logo runs around 5k stitches.
